10-12 Years of experience with 3-5 Year in leading an engineering team of 10-15 Engineers
- Strong experience in defining, planning, tracking and managing the project they are assigned. Should be capable of identifying key resources and providing the direction required for meeting the project objectives.
- Must be able to manage project schedule and task details and utilize project management tools to track and report on progress to plan.
- Analyze risk and come up with contingency plans and identify trigger events and take up responsibility for initiating corrective action.
- Strong working experience with Agile development methodologies.
- People Leadership:
- Strong experience in leading and motivating people and encouraging teamwork. Assure that all team members understand their roles and accept their responsibilities. Experience in people management and appraisals. Demonstrated leadership experience in coordinating and overseeing entry level to experienced professionals.
- Ability to communicate effectively with leadership, and have a clear understanding of what determines a successful product for the consumer and for the company.
- He/she must be able to manage change and take active leadership in timely decision making. Must be able to handle issues, resolve conflicts, and champion the people and the project up, down, and across the organization and with customers. Should be able to quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts.
- Designed and developed IOT Solutions:
- Proven track record with designing and developing large scale mobile and cloud based solutions/products.
- Must have a strong technical background in iOT product development (App, Cloud and FW) to understand the technologies and technical issues involved with the product, should be able to anticipate and identify critical technical obstacles, and to make accurate technology decisions. Ability to guide and enable the team to solve technical issues. Well versed in DevOps Practices. Active involvement in design reviews and key decisions.
- Should have significant prior experience as a developer and technical leader role in Mobile App based Product development.
