Who are we?

Analytics is the buzzword in the industry, and where better to engage your skills, than with a team of coders, scientists and product developers! We are an analytics startup based out of Bangalore, and are building a really awesome product for HR Analytics, that could provide actionable insights to businesses across industries and geographies. Our product is being built on a strong foundation of high-end analytics , statistics and machine learning approaches. We were voted among the top 10 Analytics companies in 2016 by Analytics India and also got the TechHR Spotlight Award in 2016 for HR Analytics.

So if you get fired up writing web applications that perform well across browsers, operating systems, languages and devices (and your resulting maintainable code looks like well-documented poetry), then we would love to have you on board with us.

Who are you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with 1-2 years of industry experience, or MS CS with 1+ years experience

• Highly proficient in Unix, Linux operating systems. Excellent coding skills in Core Java, J2EE, Hibernate, Struts and Javascript, HTML5, CSS

• Knowledge of D3.js is a plus

• Good knowledge of databases (MySQL), SQL, psSQL 

• Experience with common Web services protocols (DNS, HTTP, SSL, REST, Websockets, Comet), TCP/IP networking and programming

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, but also as a strong team player.

• Ability to drive the problem resolution process from start to finish.
