Summary of requirement:
We are looking for an engineering leader to own all things engineering, team building & culture for our Pre-seed funded startup.
Details / What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5-10 years of experience in engineering roles
- Held an Engineering Lead/Engineering Manager or higher position in a successful consumer internet company (e.g.: Myntra, Flipkart, Swiggy)
Should have been a founder/ founding engineer at startup (preferably B2C business)
- Experience with technical architecture decisions
- Managed a team of at least 5 engineers (direct reports)
- Experience in hiring direct reports (engineers) in the past
- Should be hands-on (willing to write code & anything else that is needed to ship on time)
- Experience with food-tech is a plus but not a must
- Experience with early-stage startups as a founder/ founding engineer/ early engineer is a plus
