QA Automation Engineer

Note: Candidates with strong core Java/Selenium knowledge, who can create frameworks from scratch will be highly preferred

Qualification: BE / B. Tech / MCA / ME / M. Tech

As our QA Automation Engineer, you are expected to:

  • Be a thought - leader on delivery of a solid test automation platform
  • Enhance existing test coverage
  • Reporting the test automation status and the execution status periodically
  • Interest in constant research & improvement of the Automation framework
  • Support and mentor the test automation team by providing technical guidance, engineering best practices and code reviews
  • Develop new test strategies and enhance existing test frameworks
  • Develop performance tests on the code level
  • Enhance existing automated test coverage Requirements
  • Hands on experience in designing and architecture of software test framework

Candidate profile:

  • Proven experience analyzing use cases and requirements to develop test cases
  • Strong knowledge in creating scalable Test Automation Frameworks
  • 3+ years of QA Automation experience with Selenium WebDriver/Java (Must)
  • Experience in working on Junit, Jenkins, TestNG, POM framework.
  • Experience in Maven/ ANT/ Gradle
  • Sound knowledge of API's and automating the same
  • Familiarity with Defect Tracking Tools such as Jira
  • Experience in Mobile automation is a plus
  • Experience in Python is a plus
