Tech leader for a stealth mode fintech startup

Everyone loves to be a part of something big! So do we. However, we have begun a journey to build something big and enduring. We are building a leadeship factory. We are building a legacy! All the usual things shall happen - growth, success, funding, scaling, fame etc., But more importantly shall also happen - leaving a legacy while having fun.
We have built and worked at multiple companies and are no longer interested in just an exit or making money. We are interesting in bending all the rules while at the sametime creating something insanely awesome! Who are we?
We are a Stealth Mode Fintech startup founded by ex-IITians and Serial Entrepreneurs [We are early investors in companies like Facebook, Qik (acquired by Skype), Quintant acquired by iGate acquired by CapGemini and build awesome OTT platforms like Mango and other startups] with exceptional pedigree and global startup exit experience. The product is a global fintech product. Ignore the URL for the website for this venture as that represents URL for an older venture. The current venture does not have a website yet.
We are looking for a leader in tech (outstanding programming thats lean, mean, fast and efficient ranking with the best in the world).
The person will meet the following qualifications:
1. Disruptive thinking and an innovative can do attitude that gets the job done
2. World class focus on execution
3. Unparalleled Hunger and drive
4. Outstanding culture
5. Strong work ethic and no nonsense growth oriented attitude and focus. One should think user, user, user and growth, growth, growth all the time.
6. Ability to think big and galvanize people
Only people who can meet the above high bar and expectations need apply. All else can ignore and absolutely no frivolous responses.
Compensation will be exceptional equity for the right member. More value will be attached to members who demonstrate an exceptional ability for delayed gratification and put skin in the game.
