About the Role

We are a revenue-generating AI company approaching Product-Market Fit, with our core technology already built, deployed and being used by customers.

We are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer to join our core engineering team and help take the product to the next level.

You will work closely with the founders and product team, taking ownership of features from the roadmap and helping evolve a production-grade AI platform as we scale.

What You'll Work On

• Build and ship full-stack product features across frontend, backend and APIs

• Extend and improve our AI Voice and conversational systems

• Build dashboards, workflows and real-time operational interfaces

• Develop integrations with external platforms and services

• Build reliable, asynchronous systems capable of handling high-volume interactions

• Work with LLMs and AI APIs for conversational intelligence, automation and analysis

• Improve platform scalability, reliability, performance and observability

• Turn product requirements into clean, production-ready software

• Contribute to architecture and engineering practices as the platform evolves

Skills We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of full-stack development experience

• Strong backend development skills with Node.js / TypeScript or equivalent

• Strong frontend experience with modern frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, databases, authentication and distributed systems

• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS

• Understanding of event-driven, asynchronous and real-time application architectures

• Experience working with SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL

• Familiarity with LLMs, AI APIs, conversational AI or voice technologies

• Experience integrating third-party APIs and building production-grade integrations

• Good understanding of software engineering fundamentals, testing, Git and deployment practices

• Strong debugging and problem-solving ability

Good to Have

• Voice / telephony or conversational AI experience

• WebSockets or real-time systems

• Queues, workers and event-driven architectures

• Experience with Docker and cloud deployment

• Experience building analytics or operational dashboards

• Exposure to AI evaluation, observability or monitoring systems
