Generalist AI Trainer - remote, worldwide, $100/hr

AI Training Jobs is hiring Generalist AI Trainers directly.

Pay: $100/hr for hours worked, paid as a contractor. Remote: open to every country. Hours: flexible.

AI models learn from people who can tell a good answer from a bad one. As a generalist AI trainer you will work on everyday topics, the questions real people ask a chatbot, and help make the answers more accurate, clearer and more useful.

What you will do:

• Read AI answers and rate them for accuracy, helpfulness and tone, following written guidelines.
• Compare two or more answers to the same question and explain which is better and why.
• Write questions, and model answers, that test what an AI gets wrong.
• Fact-check claims against reliable sources and flag anything unsafe or made up.

Who we are looking for:

• Excellent written English. Other languages are a plus; tell us which.
• Careful, detail-minded and comfortable following detailed guidelines.
• A degree helps but is not required. A strong background in any field counts.
• A computer and a reliable internet connection. Any country.
