Technical Architect cum Programmer Lead

Looking for a full Technical Architect cum Lead programmer who can design, develop and facilitate the technology ecosystem

Prerequisites

• Start-up oriented, willing to do a start-up, or has done start-up, or has lot of passion and energy for start-up
• Computer science mind set, geek, nerd, mad about programming but not research oriented rather quick result oriented
• Experience of 5-7 years of software development, architecture and team management
• Excellent Technology experience in PHP, Python, Java, Database (SQL + NoSQL), Hadoop, Big Data
• Excellent at server side development to build high scalable system
• Having Cloud, Amazon experience would be good
• Experience in SEO, Search Engine, Crawling and content aggregation would be good
• Machine learning experience would be plus

Major Responsibilities include

• Design, Development and Deployment for any product
• Creating CRM system, marketing automation System, Analytics dashboards etc.
• Scalable and Extensible content based website creation driven by SEO
• Machine learning, Search Engine and Big Data based system development
• User experience system to facilitate the process using technology
• Growth hacking opportunities using technology

• What kind of Products you’ll be building

  Painting space is pretty much open for innovative ideas and technologies. We have envisaged of making it seamless technology based system to make our life easy for painting and other related services. High scalable and high throughput system would be needed to develop to perform huge number of transactions per second, also using machine learning algorithm to understand text and unstructured data to bring meanings out, which help us create virtual mapping of the space.

  It’s extremely innovative and challenging to build this system and it’s going to take lot of energy, intelligence and dedication.
