Software testing and customer support executive

Functional Skills:

  • Good Knowledge of Airline and Hospitality industry
  • Ability to understand cancellation, baggage and other policies of airline, hotels, buses etc
  • Ability to clearly understand client requirement
  • Software Testing
  • Detail oriented

Skills & requirements:

  • Using a booking system to secure holidays, Business Trips
  • Arranging flights, insurance and accommodation
  • Maintaining records of Bookings, cancellation, refunds
  • Dealing with complaints or refunds
  • Software Testing
  • Expertise with MS office (MS Excel, MS Word)
  • Knowledge and hands-on GDS experience (Amadeus, Travelport) will be plus
  • Knowledge about GST rules for Airlines, hotel, buses and cars will be a plus

 Communication skills:

  • Good written communication skills
  • Excellent oral communication skills
