Functional Skills:
- Good Knowledge of Airline and Hospitality industry
- Ability to understand cancellation, baggage and other policies of airline, hotels, buses etc
- Ability to clearly understand client requirement
- Software Testing
- Detail oriented
Skills & requirements:
- Using a booking system to secure holidays, Business Trips
- Arranging flights, insurance and accommodation
- Maintaining records of Bookings, cancellation, refunds
- Dealing with complaints or refunds
- Software Testing
- Expertise with MS office (MS Excel, MS Word)
- Knowledge and hands-on GDS experience (Amadeus, Travelport) will be plus
- Knowledge about GST rules for Airlines, hotel, buses and cars will be a plus
Communication skills:
- Good written communication skills
- Excellent oral communication skills
