UI/UX Designer

We are looking for talented UI/UX designers with a passion for creating amazing user experiences with superior UI/UX skills and are able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and then transform them into beautiful, intuitive and functional user interfaces.

Responsibilities and Duties

Your Key Responsibilities:

Clearly communicate design decisions and process with a clear rationale.
Partner with User Experience to utilize research, testing, and analysis of user data to inform design decisions.
You have a strong design aesthetic that works within and expands the MadWorker brand
Proficient in using Sketch to design wireframes and high-fidelity mockups
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

What to Bring:

A strong digital portfolio.
1+ years of user interface design experience for digital products
Proven experience in designing Android, iOS and Web application
Excellent visual design skills, typography, layout, color
Basic understanding of business KPIs - and a history of achieving them using creative solutions (please show us examples)
Startup experience preferred: Understand that you would be working across different disciplines and may be involved in multiple projects in parallel
