Job Summary

We are looking for someone who has strong skills in CSS and ReactJS and has worked in product based company for minimum of 1 year. As a frontend developer, you'll be working on our core product. We are building it from scratch and it will be a great opportunity for you to see how product matures with time.

Responsibilities and Duties

• You will be working on a homegrown digital product system:
• Skillate Application Tracking System - complete recruitment process flow.
• Building communication module between candidates and recruiters
• Contribute to product planning, convert ideas to something real & useful for thousands of recruiters.
• Oversee how the stack evolves. Experiment & integrate / migrate to better frameworks when it makes sense

You’ll excel in this position if

• You have at least 2 years experience in frontend development
• Have very strong understanding of HTML CSS (especially flex for responsive web development)
• You have knowledge of ReactJS (It's mandatory)
• You love writing code and actively experiment & learn new things
• You're passionate about Frontend Development and continually follow the platform's trends and innovations
• You have a track record in building high-quality applications
• You know how to find and fix performance issues
• You're interested in working on fast-paced, Agile software development teams
