The primary role of the engineering team would be to create a fantastic digital experience through our mobile apps & web, backed with great infrastructure and data science for our customers. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• What You'll Do
  
• Build next-generation web applications which are efficient, reusable front-end abstractions and systems.
• Architect, develop, and test highly secure front-end web applications and reusable components using current web technologies and frameworks (with the challenge of visualizing structured and unstructured data from multiple sources).
• Identify and communicate best practices for application architecture.
• Obsess over quality in the product you create and the code you write.
• Work closely with the other team members to implement front end solutions. Endorsing upcoming standards, launching, iterating and making a difference.
• Who You Are
• Software development experience, with emphasis on Front-End
• Passionate about implementing elegant User Interfaces using HTML and CSS.
• You know how to build user-friendly JavaScript/CSS applications
• You are experienced with modern JavaScript coding, testing, debugging and automation techniques.
• Nice To Have
• Experience with working on high traffic websites
• Experience within financial services, Insurance and Human resource.
• Proficiency understanding cross-platform compatibility issues and workarounds.
• You value team success over personal success
• Active contribution to Open Source projects
