We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic software engineer to help us build the next generation platform for online gaming. Moonfrog Labs is aiming to develop a large number of projects that are not tied to individual games, but shared among all of our games current and future. This position is focused on developing various game components in a scalable way.

Your responsibilities :

• Implement and own specific areas of our various games
• Design and implement backend system architecture to achieve our evolving goals.
• Diagnose, resolve and fix complex issues on a live service.
• Deploy and maintain live environments.
• Ensure that the gaming platform/components are highly available and scalable

Your background :

• IT/software professionals who are good at system architecture at various levels - be it operating system, network, security or storage levels.
• A minimum of 1+ years of programming experience with strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms.
• Passion and ability at implementing complex solutions with simple and understandable code
• Able to design for and diagnose complex distributed systems problems
• Experience with concurrent programming
• Experience with diagnosing service issues such as crashes, heap corruption and race conditions
• Excellent communication skills
