Mocxa is an innovation-driven medical device venture aimed at improving the diagnosis of seizures including epilepsy. Seizures affect ~12 million people in India (65 million worldwide). Diagnosis is the most critical aspect of the treatment and almost 70 percent of patients respond positively to treatment. Video EEG, the current gold standard method for diagnosis of seizures is expensive, prone to errors and inaccessible to a significant percentage of the 400,000 new seizure sufferers in India (150,000 in the US) every year. Our solution is a patent-pending product that makes seizure diagnosis more accurate, automated, accessible and affordable.

<h3>Android Software Engineer (Project based) for a Medical Device Startup Company</h3>

We are looking for a freelance software engineer with 3 to 4 years experience from Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Biomedical Engineering background.:

  • UI/UX development experience in Android.
  • Strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Mobile OS programming skills in Android.
  • Candidate should be based out of Bangalore.
