Summary of requirement:
We are looking for an engineering leader to own all things engineering, team building & culture for our Series A funded startup.


Details / What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5-10 years of experience in engineering roles
  • Held an Engineering Lead/Engineering Manager or higher position in a successful consumer internet company (e.g.: Myntra, Flipkart, Swiggy)
    OR
    Should have been a founder/ founding engineer at startup (preferably B2C business)
  • Experience with technical architecture decisions
  • Managed a team of at least 5 engineers (direct reports)
  • Experience in hiring direct reports (engineers) in the past
  • Should be hands-on (willing to write code & anything else that is needed to ship on time)
  • Experience with fin-tech is a plus but not a must
  • Experience with early-stage startups as a founder/ founding engineer/ early engineer is a plus
