Principal Engineer

You have 7 - 10 years of experience, atleast 3 of which is being responsible for a medium to large sized project. You are used to being the rockstar on your team. You are comfortable talking Architecture, Design, UX, APIs, DB jargon. You write some wicked code and crack some wicked jokes that others may or may not find funny (we forgive you). You can poke around in all layers of the stack in record time. But mostly you dream of developing a product from scratch and scale it to millions of users so that you can make your mom proud.

You have 2 - 7 years experience. You love the buzz of a fast moving team. You want to make an impact by soaking in and taking up as much responsibility as humanly possible. You don't care about programming language or technology buzzwords, you can and want to handle anything. You code because you love to, not just because it pays the bills. But mostly you dream about being part of a story where you are one of the central characters.
