Development Help Needed for a Hostel Management Application. Have mockups & workflows prepared. In need of someone who has handeled similar kind of projects & can update on a regular basis (Also, can start the project before 01 August 2018)

Regarding the application, it will be a kind of property management system (PMS) but focused on hostel management which can be operated via an app on mobiles. 

If well suited, we can talk about joining this venture as a partner. For my part, I am good on two fronts, Operations & Design. I am in need of a technical partner. If things don't work out that way, then we can decide to choose the classic route i.e. I pay you in return for the completion of the project as required. Simple as that.

Preferred Location:- Near National Capital Region (Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, Faridabad) But You can still apply apart from these locations too. In the end, the only thing matter is work, which can be done from anywhere.
