Why this position exists:

This role is responsible and accountable for the development of in-house software products and integration with partner or industry tools.

The candidate is required to manage a team of 3-5 software engineers and ensure that product software is shipped as per the requirements & with utmost quality. 

The candidate must possess strong product sense & grasp of technology combined with sound understanding of the domain we operate in.

The candidate must be able to lead a team of people and achieve a combined goal that is more than the individual parts.

The candidate must be a self-starter who is biased towards action & speed. The candidate must be able to go beyond the current limits of the organization (perceived or real) and deliver results, while staying happy.

The candidate must also be an evangelist of the organization and one who is up-to-date with the latest technology trends.

Technology Stack Skills Required:

  • In-depth expertise on one of the prominent backend languages viz. Python, NodeJs or Java
  • In-depth expertise in any one of RDBMS (Oracle or PostgreSQL)
  • Working knowledge of MongoDB preferred.
  • Working Knowledge on Front-end technologies preferred.

Work Experience Required: 

8+ years
