Operations Manager

In this role, you'll oversee field operations in Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Chennai. You'll also play a key role in developing our long-term operations and growth strategy. You’ll also partner closely with Fabfresh’s leadership team to build our operations playbook and find opportunities to improve our product.

Responsibilities :

• Lead our talented team of Logistics and Processing Unit Managers.
• Lead a complex logistical operation involving warehousing, vendors, delivery drivers, and dispatchers. 
• Improve efficiencies and mitigate operational weaknesses.
  Design and implement a roadmap to achieve long-term strategic goals.
  Measure the impact and efficiency of new services and business practices. 
  Report on KPIs to leadership.
• Be accountable for many aspects of the shift’s operations; including processing times, on-time performance, errors, and completion of any assigned goals.
• Serve as the company’s primary point of contact with regard to daily metrics, issues, status updates, reports, or requests for resources. 
• Troubleshoot issues on individual customer orders and overcoming various operational pivots

Your background :

• 3 - 5 years of Operations, Business Management, Supply-Chain or similar experience (e.g., laundry, warehousing, consumer goods, manufacturing, E- Commerce ) in a fast-paced environment; experience in a high-growth environment is key. 
• Extremely comfortable being data-driven. You make sound business decisions through deep analytical thinking. 
• Excellent execution skills with a strong attention to detail. 
• A positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. You thrive in fast-paced environments and you’re excited about taking bold action. 
• Stellar people skills and the ability to build smart partnerships. You excel at influencing and motivating people.
• Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices
• Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to keep a steady hand. Creative, attentive, and resourceful when solving problems.
• Ablility to embrace change and ambiguity in a constantly evolving environment.
• MBA preferred but not required.
