Looking for a skilled website developer

We are a leading digital media firm and we are looking to hire our initial set of web designer and developer. This position is a full-time role and will be based in our Bangalore office.

We are looking for an experienced web designer who has following skills.

THIS IS STRICTLY FOR EXPERIENCED WEBSITE DEVELOPERS.

JUNIOR or NO EXPERIENCE candidates background are encouraged to send application for our NO-PAY intern position

Skills and Experience

1. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap – You are expert in all these 4 skills. You can design just about any web design very quickly.
2. PSD to HTML, CSS to WordPress – You are very good at creating any web design by looking at some sample designs, and then turn them into WordPress website or a theme. Good knowledge of building WordPress based websites, and WP plugins, WP themes, etc.
3. e-Commerce websites – You are experienced in using open source technologies to build Magento, Open Cart, Shopify, Presta Shop, WooCommerce based e-Commerce shopping cart web sites, and know how to integrate with payment gateways.
4. Mobile / Responsive design – You are expert in mobile and responsive design
5. SEO – Basic SEO knowledge is essential. If you know more SEO its awesome. Basic knowledge is good enough though.
6. Color sense, Visual appeal – You must have a great sense of visual appeal and adept at using complementing color schemes for websites.

OPPORTUNITY

For a skilled person with dedication, this position has great growth potential to quickly become a Practice Lead for our web sites practice, and oversee everything, and be in a position to engage directly with our U.S. and International clients.

Candidates should have minimum 1 to 2 years of experience with working on at least 3 or more areas highlighted above. Hands-on coding experience is absolutely essential. People who have just used WordPress or WYSIWYG editors are not encouraged to apply. The position requires a solid hand in coding, and creating compelling web site designs from scratch.
