Who are we looking for?
The requirement is for an experienced Ruby on Rails developer with 1 to 3 years of relevant
development experience.
1. We are looking for motivated individuals with very good programming and analytical skills.
Proficiency in the following will be considered:-
● Frameworks: Ruby on Rails, SCSS, Coffeescript (intermediate - advanced)
● Deployment: AWS, Capistrano (intermediate)
● Databases: SQL (Postgres) (beginner - intermediate)
● Frontend: Javascript/HTML/CSS/jQuery (intermediate - advanced)
● Linux/Unix familiarity (beginner - intermediate)
● Mid-level knowledge of information security, design principles, MVC, code standards,
source control
2. A doer with the ability to grasp new concepts very quickly.
3. Interest and basic knowledge in mathematical problems, statistics
4. Someone who can independently conceive, design and how to make a product meaningful,
relevant, intuitive and solves the customer problem in an effective manner.
Job responsibilities
● Brainstorm and develop additional features on the APEX product as per product
roadmap
● Gain knowledge on financial terminologies necessary to gain business understanding of
product
● Ideate and provide solutions to deliver client need
● Documentation - product and technical
● Where required, support the client in deploying solution at site and resolve client
concerns (mostly domestic)
● Have fun working and be a positive addition to the work environment!
